BUILT ON APPLICATION

KNOWLEDGE.

Cleveland-based industrial reliability partner serving refineries, chemical plants, and heavy manufacturers across the Midwest. Since 1997, focused on a specific discipline — protecting rotating equipment through engineered bearing isolation, sealing, and contamination control.

COMPANY OVERVIEW

A CLEVELAND COMPANY

NOT A CATALOG.

Kelley Industrial was founded in 1997 in Cleveland, Ohio. Cleveland has a long industrial history — shaped by companies that built their reputations through technical depth, operational discipline, and a willingness to show up consistently over decades. That tradition influenced how we built this business.

From the beginning, we made a deliberate choice not to operate as a general industrial distributor or a catalog business. We focused on a specific set of capabilities — protecting rotating equipment, sealing against contamination and leakage, and helping industrial operations avoid the unplanned downtime that costs them the most.

Our customers are refineries, process chemical plants, heavy manufacturers, power generation facilities, and rotating equipment service organizations — primarily across the Midwest. They operate pumps, motors, gearboxes, turbines, mixers, and conveyors in environments where equipment failure means lost production, safety exposure, and emergency maintenance. What they value most is technical understanding — someone who knows their equipment, their operating environment, and the failure modes they’re working to prevent.

Every engagement starts with the application. What is the equipment? What is the environment? What has failed before, and why? We evaluate the problem, select the right solution from our aligned manufacturer portfolio, and recommend a specific path forward. That approach has defined how we work since 1997 and it has not changed.

APPLICATION AUTHORITY
We know the equipment, the environment, and the failure modes. Every recommendation starts with understanding the problem — not the price list.

DISCIPLINED FOCUS
We carry what works and recommend what’s right. Breadth without depth is not in our model. Every manufacturer we represent earns their place.

MANUFACTURER INTEGRITY
We align with manufacturers who engineer solutions to real industrial problems. Inpro/Seal. SEPCO. Flexicraft. Proco. Zircon. Curated, not accumulated.

ENDURING COMMITMENT
We have been at this since 1997, rooted in Cleveland, focused on the same set of problems. The consistency is the point. Long-term relationships are built on showing up with the right answer — repeatedly, over years.

NEARLY THREE DECADES OF FIELD WORK.

Years of field experience in Midwest refineries, chemical plants, and heavy manufacturers

Curated manufacturer partnerships — each selected to solve a defined reliability problem

Industrial verticals served — from Midwest refineries to data center cooling infrastructure

Approach — application first, every time, since the beginning

CURATED.
NOT ACCUMULATED.

Every manufacturer we represent earns their place by solving a defined problem in the environments we serve. These are not catalog partnerships. They are technical alliances built on decades of field collaboration and shared commitment to application-driven reliability.

INPRO/SEAL

Inventor of the bearing isolator. Over 45 years of non-contact bearing protection and Air Mizer shaft seal technology for rotating equipment.

SEPCO

American manufacturer of compression packing, mechanical seals, and engineered thermoplastics. ISO 9001:2015. Serving 30+ countries.

FLEXICRAFT

Metal, rubber, PTFE, and fabric expansion joints. One source for every flexible piping solution across the industrial application spectrum.

PROCO

Leading manufacturer of rubber, PTFE, and metal expansion joints and rubber check valves. Tire-industry reinforcement technology for superior movement capacity and service life.

ZIRCON

Specialty industrial chemical manufacturer with over 40 years of field-proven formulations for conveyor freeze prevention and bulk material dust control.

IF YOU HAVE A ROTATING EQUIPMENT PROBLEM – LET’S TALK.

Nearly three decades in the field means we have likely seen your failure mode before. Describe the equipment and the problem — we will tell you how our experience applies and whether we are the right partner for it.
